By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of phlagu in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of phlagu is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. phlagu reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify a user's age. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all balances forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phlagu Platform is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phlagu is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlagu makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permissible in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active phlagu account. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phlagu may suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or outdated information has been provided.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in self-exclusion programs — whether through phlagu directly or through PAGCOR's national responsible gaming programs — are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the phlagu Platform.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlagu login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your phlagu login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your phlagu account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your phlagu account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phlagu support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phlagu will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phlagu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your phlagu account and associated funds.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phlagu operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as a Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or Driver's License) before withdrawals can be processed or at any time phlagu deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlagu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on the phlagu Platform is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to phlagu are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are generally the fastest. Processing times for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may vary depending on banking hours. phlagu does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.5 Player Funds. phlagu holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Deposited funds are not used for phlagu's operational expenses and are held solely for the purpose of player transactions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phlagu are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Bonus terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and must be reviewed carefully before acceptance.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") must be met. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phlagu reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any pattern of play determined by phlagu to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.
5.4 Promotional Changes. phlagu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, subject to any changes required by law or regulatory guidance.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All phlagu Casino games that are determined by chance utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by phlagu's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and fairness.
6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games offered on phlagu are conducted by real dealers operating from professional studios. The outcome of live casino games is determined by physical processes (card shuffling, ball landing in roulette) and is not influenced by software manipulation.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity interruption during a game, phlagu will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned. phlagu's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and confirmed by the phlagu system. Any wager that fails to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end will not be honoured by phlagu.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlagu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your phlagu account at any time by contacting phlagu's 24/7 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds on the account.
8.2 phlagu-Initiated Suspension. phlagu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is evidence of: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, breach of any applicable law, account security risk, or any other reason phlagu deems necessary at its sole discretion.
8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your phlagu account — whether voluntary or initiated by phlagu — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Cash balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and phlagu's obligations.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the phlagu Platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes, withdrawal processing delays, service interruptions, data breaches caused by circumstances beyond phlagu's reasonable control, or reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
9.2 phlagu's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their phlagu account, in any calendar month, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their phlagu account during the same calendar month.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phlagu's liability for: death or personal injury caused by phlagu's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by phlagu, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Your continued use of the phlagu Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using phlagu and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the phlagu Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting phlagu's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
13.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
